New Studio

I just wanted to let you know that I got a new Studio in Oakland at an artist's collective called the Hive. I really like the space. Its clean and friendly. Anyway if anybody needs a studio I think that they are renting out more. There are 39 studios total and its right near Jack London Square. Wifi and a kitchen and utilities are included. The price depends on the size of the studio. yea....
